I am a Management Student and already engaged in family business of re-refining used oil to SN 500 Base oil.... our daily refining is around 10 kl...

I want to Manufacture Premium Quality Engine oil under my Firm (not from recycled base oil but virgin SN 500 on a total different unit) i did some of my homework and got to talking with the dealers and Exporter of virgin Base Stock Sn 500..... Packing Check Steel drums Check Each and ever thing is on the track i'll Soon be getting contacts for Additives and Stuffs but i am no Chemist i don't know what stuff is Best Synthetic or no synthetic...Ester stuff and how are those made.. All those additives like VI, ZDDP, PTEF, Detergent etc..... and what amount to add them.... Any link Any info Any PM regarding Base oil to engine oil??

I imagine Shell or BP will answer your questions promptly.....once they divulge their proprietary portions of additives to base stock you'll be in the oil business.

No i am not related to Ambanis but yes we are in oil business...i just want my business to go few step further....
