I use Starrett instrument oil. Just because I have it on the shelf and it's handy.

I've got a bunch of folders. I bought some of the dropper bottles from amazon and filled it with the AMSOIL firearm lube. Works great for me. I've also use Rem Oil in the past or AMSOIL MP.
