Burger King Whopper

Haven't had a whopper here for a while as they had really tailed off .
I remember as a teenager the whoppers were well whoppers actually same can be said about the Big Mac ! not so big anymore.

Most of the time the Burger King Whopper fries and shakes are fairly good at least the one I go to once a month or so. I think they are doing better than a few years ago.

The ice tea a few months ago got a boost especially the unsweet..I didn't like it before but its great now...

And even whoppers in the morning for breakfast

I think they are OK. Lots of bread with that sandwich.

Wednesdays are always $3.99 and that's when I'll order one. BK has a very good app.
I find the ratio is the best of any FF burger, at least here. I find the buns are only big enough to encapsulate everything inside and nothing more. It's one of the reasons I like them so much. That and the temperature contrast of the ice cold produce and hot pattie. Plus ketchup isn't always an automatic condiment on a burger like it is on The Whopper and it all comes together creating a winner in my book🍔👑🏆

I had a whopper several weeks ago. It seemed downsized. I will have to try one again.

Just checked my app. No 3.99 Whoppers here.

I remember Whoppers of the 1970's seemed HUGE! They were wider (6 inches) but flatter. I'm shocked that a Google search reveals that they have always been a quarter pound of meat then, and still now (4.2 oz. at one time). As dnewton states, they upgraded the Whopper quality this year.

I guess I'll have to continue my " walked 5 miles to school, bare foot thru 4 feet of snow, uphill both ways" recollection to act curmudgeonly.
