Quick explanation from a layman: If you paid for any of the credit monitoring services listed in the lawsuit, in the timeframe specified, you are part of a class action suit against Experian. You may exclude yourself if you desire. Otherwise you will be part of the class action and may benefit from the settlement. If you did not contract for the services listed, then the class action is not relevant to you.

Garden City Group is a legitimate law firm that specializes in class action suits. I had dealt with them when I was part of a class action suit concerning Westar Energy stock price manipulation.
