Yeah, I saw a lot of tailgating (in the first video), driving pretty fast over a bridge in cold weather. I got a chuckle when the older white F-150 spun. The little Topaz or whatever it was next to it never thought to perhaps slow up a little bit. They had to know that F-150 would fishtail back over into their lane.
It seems the type of vehicle had little to do with the problem here. It's all about respecting the weather conditions, and many of them weren't.
