Anyone running BND lubricants www.bndautomotive.com ? Curious about these custom blended lubricants and trying to find more info, but there seems to be limited reviews. Most of the information I have found is on the Dodge Charger forums, which most people seem to think there is a difference between BND and OTC oil.

There is a thread about them here.

And a used oil analysis here.

Other than that I don't remember seeing much about them here. If I remember correctly there is a lot of talk on their site about custom viscosities.

Thanx, for some reason that didn't come up when I searched.

Steve SRT8 on here has had some experience with their products, mostly VERY positive from what I remember.

I am considering having them make me up some blend of high VI power steering fluid, and maybe even an MTL, IF they can make one with a 7.5 cSt, AND a VERY high VI (>200).

I'm in the charger forum with the owner as well.
I talked to the owner a few times. I want to order some of their ATF+4.
As far as their oils go I'm not convinced their anything special and the fact that the grades come in 7.5w30 and 12.5w-40 type stuff does not encourage me.
A lot of guys in that forum are using those oils though and I don't think I've read a single complaint, ever, not that that in itself means much.
I'm off paying big bucks for oils. If I'm going to spend large dollars for oil its going to be redline but when I can find Belgian castrol for 30 a jug, Quaker State Ultimate Durability for 21 a jug,pp at 22 a jugs and ultra at 28 a jug why would I bother spending big bucks when the products I listed are fantastic products at fantastic prices.
Exactly what can be gained by spending more money on lubricants when in all honesty I'm not pushing the boundaries of the ones I'm using now.
I've asked myself a while back about whether or not I'm pushing the envelope on my engine and the oil in it,and I had to conclude that I wasn't so why delude myself into believing I need something special.

If you have the coin Brian can literally blend you a custom product.

He's a terrific guy, his products are very unique, many of them contain proprietary technology developed for aerospace applications for our military.

Call him, but be warned. He has a TON of knowledge and a five minute conversation is unlikely...
