Best non-toxic food grade grease for guns?

I use inox MX6 grease. It contains PTFE. Have heard good and bad on that part though. Curious to hear what others have to say regarding the PTFE.

The man doesn't want chemicals on his skin . Why is everybody trying to convince him he's wrong ?

Usually, when it's food grade and certified NSF H1 it's certified non-toxic in cases of accidental food contact for the food industry making it less toxic/harmful for humans. I'd like to avoid toxic chemicals from automotive greases/oils. I want it to be safe or "safer" for skin contact when I apply it.

Mobil website: "These NSF H1 multipurpose grease products are rated for incidental contact with food in applications where contact is unavoidable. They are safe for human consumption in diminutive quantities and are often used on equipment such as conveyor belts, pumps, and mixers that are in close proximity to food production."

Are there any greases out there that are certified and registered non-toxic that are not specifically made for the food industry? I know of Boretech grease and Slip2000 EWG but they are very expensive for the little amount you get...

MobilGrease FM 101: $16 for 14oz

Lubriplate SLF-0: $28 for 14oz

Boretech grease - $15.49 for 10cc of grease.

Slip2000 EWG - $13.70 for 1.5oz. $84.93 for 16oz.
Super Lube brand, Synthetic Grease, should meet your criteria.
You can buy it at Harbor Freight. Grease
From Super Lube's website:
"Super Lube® Multi-Purpose Synthetic Grease is an NSF registered Food Grade lubricant, rated H1 for incidental food contact and meets USDA 1998 H1 guidelines."

Another vote for Super Lube. I use both the grease and oil on my Beretta 92, works very well and last a long time without the need for constant reapplication. Even filthy the gun is super smooth.

Canola oil is what fireclean uses.
Frogtube is just coconut oil.

No need to buy special food grade gun lube that says it for guns. Just buy the food product you wanna use. Alternatively mix up some wheel bearing grease and motor oil.

If your worried about exposure, then hopefully you are using non-toxic ammunition (bullet, powder, primer). Inhalation has much higher absorption level.

*Look for Super Lube Synthetic Grease brand grease - it’s food grade , non - toxic and a great synthetuc grease for firearms offering great wear prevention , has a wide temp range , doesn’t break down and stays put where you apply it . Harbor Freight carries 3 oz. tubes cheap ($7.64 now on sale !) I also order on line from Amazon and have ordered from Home Depot and had it shipped to store for pick up . Lastly , you can get larger tubes and tubs of Super Lube Grease for a FAR better deal than typical firearm specific greases !

Super lube grease is what I use. Super Lube oil for hard to reach places. Then wipe the outside down with some break free clp. The grease is perfect for semi auto rails
