I am partial to the Kirkland Signature Beef Polish Sausage from Costco. I grill them at home and with a brioche hot dog bun, mustard, onion and relish they are pretty good.

Hard to find around here but when I do, I buy them!!! Can't beat that "snap" when you biting down on it. When I visit my daughter near VA Beach there is a small stand that sells I believe is the hormel brand that they advertise as having the snap. They are ok but just not as good as Nathans.I think there was a conspiracy to remove natural casing dogs from grocery stores, dunno why.
Party pooper. No hot dogs for me in about 10 years. It's a processed meat.
Sam’s downtown as far as I know is closed. They have been for sometime. Sign is still painted on the brick building though. Cool to talk to someone that’s been around this area before.I went to the one downtown. I had several family members that worked at Sam's clothing store down on the market and I would spent Saturdays prowling around some of the OLD stores in that area. Is Sam's still there? The brothers that ran it were always exceptionly nice and treated all of their employees very well.
I don't think that I ever tried the weiner stand out in Salem.
Is this Jim's in pittsburgh?
Dirty water dogs with the worksNY hotdog stand (steet food)
Ketchup!!! Heck NO!I’ve only had them one time while in Chicago, but it seems they like Vienna Beef dogs with the skin. I asked for double ketchup while I was there (not! The establishment did not have it and I think it said not to ask)
