Best HM oil Mobil 1 HM

Best budget HM oil Valvoline Max life red bottle.

M1HM stopped both rear main leaks in two Jeep 4.0s, which should be impossible as the engines are designed to leak.

I switched away from M1HM due to the modern zinK impoverishment, and the leaks started up again. YMMV

Formulas change constantly..... upgraded from SL - SN - SN Plus - SP.
I can remember when most of the Valvoline recipes contained enough Sodium to give Whales hypertension.

I watched a youtube oil change video about an oil change for a 2003 Toyota Corolla, and the guy said Valvoline makes a more stronger high mileage oil with a heavier dose of seal swellers, but it's only available to order from Valvoline's website. I haven't looked into it further, but it might be worth a try.

Barrs leak oil stop leak works really well. It's just a seal conditioner. I've used it in most of my cars, some for 7+ years.

Aside from that, the non synthetic maxlife was the only HM oil I've thought was effective

Are you referring to the Valvoline HM+ oil? Their description touts seal conditioners and moly, so this may be closer to the old formula from 20+ years ago (?)

That might be it. It might be worth a try if anyone still has an oil leak after trying various high mileage oils.
