I am looking to buy a Plasma TV sku# 9748831 for $399 (42 inches)

I am wondering if there is a discount code for a better price and/or a portal for citibank or Chase credit cards.

I don't think so. I do know that if you sign up for a BB Store card though you get 18mo no interest financing on purchases over $250 =P

You could try asking for a discount if you buy monster cable or other stupid accessories. Then return the accessories. Make sure your receipt shows the TV at the reduced price.
