For the ZF trans in my Audi, I was pleasantly surprised with the Autozone Duralast trans filter kit. It came with a new seal for the filter neck and the pan gasket was a nice nitrile rubber one instead of the thick paper one that it replaced. I don't know if the paper one was the OE, as I bought the car with 58k miles on it. Dealer said the trans was never serviced by them, so who knows? No leaks in 45k miles since install, not even a weeping of fluid.
