I wish everyone could be as fortunate as us. Sue and I met in college. I can't say our marriage was always easy, but it was never difficult.

Our wedding reception. I had just introduced my mother as "my Dad's wife", humoring all those in attendance. And to top it off, I'm standing in front of my Mom, blocking her from view!

I can honestly say we are each other's best friend.

Wonderful! Good for you. Have to love the 70's hair! We, too, celebrated our 45th. this past March and I put up before/after pictures at my workplace that day. Don't know if I would have survived without my wife. As Jack Nicholson said in a movie "you make me want to be a better man" - we've gotten each other through some mighty storms. Were proud of our kids and enjoy our grand kids now (spoil, then send home).

Thanks for sharing. And Kudos for job life-well-done.
