Or just be hardcore like me and get an Asus ROG Rapture GT-BE98 PRO then hardwire mesh nodes! In all honestly, don't get that router. You most likely don't need it. I don't need it, but I wanted it and I paired it with 2 Asus ROG Rapture AXE11000 routers used as mesh nodes with wired backhaul at 2.5Gb.
Anything recommended above will work for you. You can always replace your router if you want simplicity but there are cheaper ways too.
For friends who have wireless dead spots and have the money, I usually recommend Netgear Orbi systems. They aren't cheap but they are solid. My Asus stuff needs to be rebooted once in a while. They do stupid things like loose internet connections (wireless and wired) or just the other day, it was telling me that some devices had to log into the router. A reboot solved that. But, being in IT, I can deal even though it isn't ideal. I also bind certain devices to certain nodes and after the latest firmware that is a bit wonky.
