This past weekend, my wife told me she wishes I would get as obsessive about hanging some crown molding as I am about motor oil.

It's a fine line between sane and insane. I prefer to think of my oil obsession as just getting my money's worth and protecting the vehicle so that it will last a long time.

I have 3 oil filters for two cars I have never owned, 14 quarts of oil for a car I sold, 10 oil filters for a bike that is for sale, those same filters would have fit the car i was looking at buying, with the aforementioned oil also working.

Nope, nothing weird in my book.
