i received my FP3000 and LC20 last week. it took many emails and a phone call to get a straight answer from them, and this dialogue lasted for over a week.
it had turned out that they had some issues with their latest batch of LC20 (which they didn't tell me until i called), which i had ordered with the FP3000. They had told me they had shipped on the thursday. i live in texas, so i expected it by monday, if not tuesday at the latest. i don't receive it, so i start emailing more, and they said that they had issues with shipping, but it should be on its way. the next thursday, still nothing, so i email them again, and they tell me to call the warehouse person. i call, and he says that they never shipped my order out, but that it was now ready now that they had enough good LC20. they said they didn't want to tell me bad news? that doesn't really make sense to me, i'd rather know what is going on, then just assume they are not taking care of business.
i'm using the FP3000 and LC20 now, and hope to see some improvements. they really need to work on their communication, as the misleading is not very encouraging from my standpoint. when i finish using the FP3000 and LC20, i will have to examine their business practices to see if they have improved, if not, i'll move on to something else.
