Yup, it's the owner's car. He's selling it for $70kNever mind the Bronco, is that a 1974 Starsky and Hutch Ford Torino in the foreground of the first picture?

Better off building you own truck from a classic. More fun, more engaging for the all the good mechanical tactile aspects. That’s before any dealer markups too. I guess this is 2021.View attachment 62713

And you could have your tech put a crate BB Godzirra motor in there to boot.
$61k? F that
The Ford Dealership I work for just got their first Bronco Friday Morning.
Man that thing is nice. $48k sticker doesn't seem too bad. Obviously, whoever ends up buying it or any Bronco, is going to be paying over sticker.
The one we got is a big bend with the sasquatch package, LED Headlights, Ford performance heavy-duty modular, and cargo area protector. It's Race Red on Medium Sandstone with Black Onyx cloth seats.
We can't sell it until it doesn't have 6k miles on it per Ford.
So, as of right now, it's going to be a service loaner and a car each salesman can take home.
We're probably going to add a bunch of accessories and whatnot to it before we sell it.

If GM was able to sell the H3, the bronco sport will sell too. Frankly, the little sport looks to me like what the escape should get back to. That ~2008 body style, the boxier one, looked good to me and that’s what the sport looks like now. No, not a bof solid axle machine, but how many people actually off-road these things anyway? its Mostly fashion, these days, and likely has been for a long time. Looking back in the 80s, I remember a lot of K5s, but they didn’t get put in the dirt until the 2nd or last owner. Am I off there?
Wheeling is more than just a vehicle. Maybe I’m waxing poetic but it’s a hobby and a mindset. For a bunch of reasons I didn’t have anything considered wheelable until I was older and could afford it, and by then it stopped fitting as much into my week. But I heard this many times with lesser vehicles, “Mike, you take subarus where God Himself didn’t intend subarus to go.” And I learned a ton doing so. So… I think a guy or gal who knows their vehicle and it’s limits, and has a good feel for butt dynamics can put a 2” on a civic and still have a great time.I don't think you're off at all. I would think most here would consider me a hardcore wheeler - I actually like the Bronco Sport.
My son and I had a chance to check one out at the dealer when my truck was getting an update. It was one of only a handful of new vehicles on the lot and sold the next day. I would gladly trade my company Escape for one. I'd pack it up and head to the White Mountains.
youre alright in my book @Zaedock!
That looks delicious! Good enough to eat ... err, I mean drive. The Ford Dealership I work for just got their first Bronco Friday Morning.

One hell of a lot more desirable!…
Sweet ride competitive price
Fair enough - especially for what we call mall crawlers in big cities … but my Rubicon is very well equipped - yet many would not be able to follow me to places I go - and that’s how you can escape the crowds to fish, canoe, relax, camp. The truth is that the new Bronco is nothing like the original Bronco, that model was simple, very tough, practical and durable, not to mention inexpensive to buy and cheap to maintain. The new model is none of those things. It's mostly a lifestyle vehicle for pretenders.
What are the Broncos I saw in FL. Last March? I didn’t think much of them.Haven’t seen a new Bronco yet, but lots of Bronco Sport models (yes I know they are totally different). My opinion, they are both uglier than sin. I don’t know why Ford spent the money developing the Bronco when most of the market will gravitate towards the Jeep Wrangler anyway.
The Maverick is the only one I’d consider buying.
$1500 for freight!!This Bronco, along with some other vehicles, arrived this morning at the Ford dealership my son works at.
He stated that it can't be sold because it's part of a 6 month/6K mile loaner program.![]()

The competitive price is theoretical, but I hope it will be realistic one day. All the crazy will have to die down first, but I hope a base model 2 door hard top will be in the running when the time comes for my next long term daily driver. It may be the last opportunity to buy a brand new body on frame Ford SUV in the US, and while I think an '88 Bronco II Eddie Bauer is way classier, I'll take this.
