sugars of any kind are bad + fructose is said to be the worse! glucose is generally 50-50 glucose + fructose the problem with fructose is its ALL processed in the liver!! even carbohydrate foods-sugars need to be consumed very moderately. theres lots of BS about foods as the $$$ behind many recommendations is why. for instance soda machines in schools, pure poison but donations $$$ keep them there + researching shows that many medical teaching schools funded by big food hence they rarely tell the truth about what their products that keep the $$$ dollars rolling in can do to your health + big medical loves it for all the $$$$$$ made treating diabetes, type II being caused by poor foods as well as too much poor food consumed too often!! most every snack especially carbohydrates put you on a sugar roller coaster!!! your health or NOT!!
