Anyone have experience with Llumar CTX vs IRX tint?

I have two options from two shops. Llumar CTX from one and the better Llumar IRX for +$100 from the other shop. My main concern is heat rejection. I am curious if the heat rejection difference is noticable between this two tints and if the IRX is worth the extra money.

I've had the llumar CTX. The TSER was weak and not worth it in my opinion. I went with Xpel Prime Xr Plus.

I have always had good luck with Llumar tint. I always get the Llumar basic tint and have never had any issues.

I have SunTek CIR ceramic (5%) on my vehicles. Drove one of them to Dallas in Summer 2022 while it was consistently 110 F and up. Cold as a fridge with AC on auto 70 F.

Yea, as stated, the TSER sucks.

CTX claims ~5% lower TSER compared to IRX, so not significantly different.

I have the CTX on my F150 and my wife has the IRX on her palisade. Unfortunately we haven’t had any real hot days yet to really compare

There are other brands with better TSER.

I have Rayno Phantom S9 on my car, which has better TSER than Ilumar stuff
