My 3/8" ratchet is locked up so I filled out the online form and sent a picture of it over 10 days ago. Other than a acknowledgment email the same day, I haven't heard back. Is this how their customer service works?
Do they may a locking flex head like the Gearwrench?I have replaced them with Husky and HF as they have failed. Both those brands are far superior imo. Haven't had the courage or trust to buy a ratchet.
Husky has them and others too.
Except that has a blasted lever to adjust the flex head position which I always seem to knock out of position causing the head to go limp at the worst times. The push-button on the Gearwrench is superior.Husky has them and others too.

Free country. Do as you wish. Other brands don't use the lever.Except that has a blasted lever to adjust the flex head position which I always seem to knock out of position causing the head to go limp at the worst times. The push-button on the Gearwrench is superior.
What other brands? This is the only one I found using a push button at a reasonable price.Other brands don't use the lever.
I know that Mac Tools has that style. Probably others. The cheapest option with a button lock will be a Gearwrench I'm sure. What other brands? This is the only one I found using a push button at a reasonable price.
