My late father’s garage on shelf with ancient tap and die set I took back with me. There is a barrel of LE (lubrication Engineers) oil. Have to see the marker typed into can to see what it is. Least qpgallons in the drum and it’s new. Brother did not want any of the Conoco oil or rotella and Delvac. We didn’t know of any one would buy it either. Good evening BITOGERS. UOA sample pulled this morning from Toyota filter on the 02, Dakota with 3,9 v-6. Oil to me was pitch black and not overly stinky of fuel dilution. Thinking of draining the HPL 5w30 CK4 HDEO early tomorrow at sunrise and putting ancient DELVAC 15w40 in.
Virgin sample of the old new DELVAC will go out via Post Office tomorrow morning.

I'd be curious to see if current Pennzoil Platinum HM still tests with the anemic additive values for boron, zinc and phosphorus the way it did back in 2023.
