Can anyone use hot sauce like ketchup? I really like Tabasco Chipotle, I can put it on anything. It doesn't have much of a burn but has a sweet and smokey flavor. Lately I've been dabbling in ghost pepper sauces, incredible flavor but HOT. I also grow my own peppers. I have habenero's, scotch bonnets and my ghost peppers are sprouting. Anyone as insane as I am?
