Here is the scenario: its for a radio control car application (Losi Night Crawler). This rock crawler has a worn drive shaft and match with a spool and always encounter overheating issue due to tight or binding mesh. And, there is nothing we can modify but keep proper lube. So, i am thinking add "anti seize" or 100% anti seize via grease. Can anti seize carry out the heat and perform lubs function? What grease you think its good? Thanks

Anti-seize is gritty and not meant for lubrication purposes. It will accelerate wear.

Agreed. Anti-seize is not a lubricant. It has no business being used anywhere I can think of on an RC car.
Crawlers aren't built for high speed so I don't know where all the heat would be generated unless you're using the wrong electronics or gearing for this type of car.
Bushings or bearings? Is the gear mesh adjustable with shims? Since it's an RTR, it should be correct out of the box.

I would use a dielectric grease. They are easy on plastics and condition rubber.
metal gear mesh? perhaps some mos2 in gear oil?
Worm gears are inherently high friction, surprised its even used in that application. I have an old tiller with a worm gear drive, and it calls for an extreme-pressure gear lube.. and it STILL gets hot enough to make water splashed on the outside of the gearbox boil... needless to say I use a synthetic gear lube in it.
worm gears are very high wear but you gotta be careful with copper corrosion and worm gears since they are usually a yellow metal.
Fun fact: The ford motors (Ford GAA) in the old Sherman tanks from WWII had worm gears that drove the cams.
