Our last 2 Elantras went a total of 200K miles on FRAM's. I don't give into the hysteria that is the Hyundai TSB.

Well, no, but you're a little past warranty.

If you had a new Hyundai, under warranty, would you run afoul of the TSB and run an out-of-spec aftermarket filter? I realize it's meaningless in practical terms, but TECHNICALLY, 12-16 PSI bypass is spec. Anything else is out of spec.

Would you risk it?
