Several of my family members or close friends have worked for them and didn’t have much good to say. Apparently they pay well but also will work you to death.

Our daughter's fiance worked at one of their warehouses during summer break while in college. He hated it and said the only positive was the pay. Wisely, he put in his earpods and grinded through the day. He didn't quit or anything either (so any boomers thinking "kids don't want to work" can keep it to themselves) and remained until it was time to head back to school. He could have returned every summer, including locations near school, but wasn't going to.
