P.S.: or you can just install one of the dancing flowers/dogs/cats/whatever solar powered toys and be annoyed by something else.

Happy BITOG-er annoyance to you too! do you have wax in your oil?

good post.
or, the op could do what a lot of women do -- put stuffed animals or throw pillows on the instrument panel.
due to the op's location, we can rule out baking cookies on the IP.
do NOT put any blade near your wrist.

Move to CT. No safety inspections here, thus no inspection stickers. We do have emissions testing, but no stickers for that. We even did away with registration stickers years ago. Other states need to get with the times. What do you need stickers for anymore? If a cop wants to see if your registration or safety inspection is up to date, all he has to do is type in your license plate number on the laptop he already has in his cop car, and it'll tell him if you're up to date.

Too true. Although NH has a pretty good incentive for getting people to pass emissions: if you fail the emission portion but pass safety, you can get a "fail" sticker which is good for a month(?). However, it's a clear sticker. So you'll get pulled over, then the officer will say "oh, thought you didn't have a sticker... can I see your registration anyhow?"

*grumble*

Although I thought there was a push to get those cameras that just scanned all the plates they saw? Officer wouldn't even have to type.
