My advice,go chill with one of your ex gf's and see how she feels.
Go with her, it would bother your wife a lot if you don't let her go and it would bother you a lot if you don't go with her.
He's on life support, so he's likely not going to notice anything or is already brain dead. If there is ever a time to let go of all the petty things happened in the past for your own closure, this is the time.
Egging your house? That's the past, you don't have to forgive him but you know it will never happens again. You also would feel some relieve knowing that.
