Am I overthinking 120,000 miles?

Good evening I need some advice. I was looking to purchase a small cargo van for a commercial refrigeration business and all the ones I found in my price range $12k seem to have pretty much high mileage. (120 to 175,000 miles and they’re really beat up. I just happen to find one 2018 ram pro master city with 120 on the clock which is extra clean and well taken care of no rust(Georgia car) according to Carfax one owner, no accidents, oil and filter between 6K and 6.5 K from day one. My question is 120 K a lot of mileage for a ram/Fiat. Should I be concerned? Am I overthinking it or should I spend a few dollars more and get something with a lot less mileage? 2.4 tigershark engine has been subject to many problems and class actions including for oil burn.

Not many options in that category - this, transit connect, NV200.

I honestly would look for an older full size van. But your right, there all beat to death.
I looked at a few NV 200 but they were all beat up full-size would be great, but my subdivision won’t allow it They’re very strict.
 
I don't know these vans very well, but it seems from friends that have them, that the supply of them is limited enough to drive prices up but they aren't very reliable and long lived. A good friend had a NV200 bought new and with very low mileage when it was totaled in an accident. He eventually replaced it with a Chevy clone. Both have been OK but not great, with under 30k miles on each. At 100k I feel like they are used up.

If this is business related, and I were you, I would look at new. Get quotes on all of the brands and include a bumper to bumper warranty through the finance period. Put half of you budget down and finance the rest. Talk to your accountant about how you should write it off.

I would look for New, but the only problem is they’re all discontinued and for the price they want for 22s the last year I believe it’s outrageous. It’s cheaper to buy a full size van brand new which I would love, but the only problem is subdivision rules. No commercial vehicles. And the subcompact Vin has window windows so it looks more like a passenger car
 
What about a compact SUV? A Chevy Trax or the like wouldn't offend the HOA and be close to what you want. Maybe a bit higher on the load floor.

Actually, that might be a pretty good idea. I might have to go take a look and see if they have room for small shelving

So your left with the oil burning tigershark, I think the NV200 all have CVT's, and the Ford has the non cross drilled ecoboost. Does Chevy make anything?

I will pick up a cheep code reader and check for codes good idea. Also I’m working out of my personal 24 Titan pickup it’s not easy lol
 
Depends upon how the piece was used and maintained.
If it comes from a large fleet it will probably have had regular maintenance.
If it comes from a soul prop maybe not so much.
A lot of guys use their work vans hard and aren't real good about maintenance.
120K on a clean and decently maintained vehicle is nothing while on one that's been badly abused and poorly maintained it's at death's door.
The constraints of your HOV would seem to limit you to something small.
How about a passenger minivan with the seats removed?
