Oh, all my garbage about the statistic is limited to the statistic. Not about the safety of air travel. The statistic is flawed. That's all.

I'm glad someone sees my side of it. all the airplane pilots were chompin on me about how safe flying in an airplane than I am driving my own car is.

Yeah I did not say that correctly.
What I meant to say was most people who are happy with something they bought expect that and don't post on the internet that they are happy with the product/service.
On the other hand, if someone is ticked off with service/product that they paid for, they are quick to post and remember to post. Esp if after contacting someone from the company and it was not fixed to their satisfaction.
Word of mouth is the best advertising you can get or the gift that keeps giving (ie salt in the wound) if you tick off a customer.
I'm a lightweight (prob the only time you can say "Bill" and "lightweight" in the same sentence
) in posting compared to some other members.
