It's being taught to act out if you don't get your way nowadays. No consequences for the most part it seems.

The tendency to cause trouble on flights seems to stop at about middle age. The younger crowd learned the lesson when they were children that they're entitled and it's cool to be loud and disruptive. That's the age group causing most of the problems on airliners.
