Airliners usually don't have a row 13

Wouldn't that be row 12 if you start at 0? Speaking from an engineering standpoint. Might be different in programming...

The fourteenth row would be labeled 13. It can get confusing at times, 0 or 1 based indexing has been the cause of many bugs in software.

Someone is probably going to bring up a certain Austrian village that changed the spelling of its name to avoid attracting deserved attention from vulgarians from every corner of the planet. I bet the pre-name change town signs are valuable collectibles. People kept stealing them.
