I don’t find them to work well. There needs to be more padding and the cloth needs to be a glass towel. The right way is to clean with a wet and dry with another or a dry side. Try a folded glass towel over the back of your hand to get the lower part or other tricky spots. So back of hand against the towel applying pressure to the glass instead of your palm.

Interesting, this is one of my least favorite things to do. It's always worth it because it makes a huge difference. Still, I think I'll just stay with my blue paper towels and Sprayway....

Griot’s Garage has a similar tool. I would trust Griot’s over a random Amazon seller.

In my days when I still could do lots of physical things. Detailng was another one of my automotive passions / obsessions and I was a big customer of Griot's so much to the point the wife used to sigh when she saw another one of their catalogs arrive in the mail. My garage and shop are still full of their products. Though covered in dust lately. (y) They make and sell ONLY high quality products.

Anyone tried a tool to clean interior windshield, something like https://www.amazon.com/Windshield-Microfiber-Pivoting-Cleaning-Stalwart/dp/B003K5S4NW

New Camry's windshield is very difficult to clean with the slope. So looking for such a tool. Conceptually, it looks good but most comments complain of the quality. Did anyone find any tool that actually works?

Thanks in advance.
I have a copycat version of this and it's okay. Just don't expose the mitt to fabric softener.

I use a squeegee, to the extent possible, but down in the front, is very difficult to reach. One of those wand things look like a great suggestion. Not to replace the squeegee, but to supplement.

I have been on the same hunt for the LEX....

Over the years the best that I have found is FOAMING glass cleaner with newspaper, but that is not very efficient due to the size of this windshield.

Many local car lots use a silicone squeegee with a micro-fiber cloth wrapped around the squeegee part to absorb the cleaner, with foaming glass cleaner.

Spray Perfect Glass liberally, then use a squeegee to dry. If you get streaks, do it again.

Fast, easy, and no window film in a week due to the junk in the common window cleaner brands.
