I have Napa synthetic 5w30 SM in the crankcase and a Bosch Premium #3422 (slightly oversize) on The Beast right now.

I would like your opinions on whether this filter can go for two oil changes of either 5,000 miles each, or 6,000 miles each on this 1996 Toyota Avalon.

The summer oil change will be done around in June. It will be a mix that will make the oil about a 15W-35 then.

Personally, I think it can do this, but I would like to hear from you.

I had Bosch filters for little over 10k miles on my Dad's truck. It looked very good when I cut it open. And it was tiny filter.
look over filter forums it should be there.

Sure it probably could. But its not a long distance filter, why risk it... I mean another one is only like $5-6

I vote nay ,

Personally dont see benefit of overrunning a not extremely expensive filter.

Napa is good oil , doubt it will do any damage but 10k seems too much for cardboard under presure.
