A couple panoramic pics from last weekend's trip:
Where I was "seated" for the above shot:
And a few from a spring trip to Yosemite:
Photos are in chronological order from the trip.
Illilouette creek above the falls
Thunderheads above
Merced River going over Nevada Falls with Liberty Cap in the background.
Minutes later we were caught in the thunderstorm complete with lightning and hail! My lowepro AW case kept the camera dry, but I was soaked.
After the storm passed and almost done with our hike.
Almost to the car after 17+ miles.
Lunch with a view.
The trail to Upper Yosemite Fall is "very strenuous", climbing 1000' per mile for the last couple miles, but the view from up top is worth the effort.
The "trail" down to the Upper Yosemite Fall overlook. The upper fall is a 1430' drop over the edge and you get to stand within feet of it!
Take warning.
Thanks for looking.
