I have yet to see it in any stores around here. The company we buy our bulk oil from, PPC Lubricants, at work sells it though.

I have no idea what shop you went with, but your clearances are right in the middle of the factory tolerances. That means they are not "too tight" for 20W50, however, there is no need to run that viscosity and your BP 10W30 is a fine choice.
