Background in case you want it, and more old oil analysis reports:

Settled back into 5k oil changes since I don't put tons of miles on this truck and many of them are offroad or heavily loaded. Would rather check on things approximately yearly and not longer than that.

I also did a piston soak with Chemtool before this OCI (did a short "rinse" to make sure I got all the solvent out too).

Here's some long term data -- have fun let me know what you think

Very low wearing engines that Toyota has made. However 300k will take a toll on wear. Do you need to add any oil? Piston soak due to burning oil? You've ran it this far and looks like it owes you nothing. That is a good record keeping you've done. Good job. 👍

It uses no oil. I had great success with a piston soak on my Toyota van and wanted to see if it would provide any benefit - just an experiment.

Compression tests above spec too.

Another oil analysis report! This was with T6 10W-30. Interesting that Manganese showed up in the last report and this one, never seen it before. Some googling tells me it's most likely from a fuel additive. I use Techron occasionally, maybe one treatment per OCI.
