Just for giggles, I'm trying Delo 30 right now. I've got plenty also from the AZ sale. I poured in a gallon of 30 and one quart of 5-30 Havoline syn with a Valucraft. Lets see here, 1.79 for the oil, 2.49 for the filter, a little tax, and I'm hugging 5.00 for the change. It was 9 degrees last week. I am not kidding, Delo 30 is amazing stuff. The van fired off like it was 50 outside. The oil light did take a shade longer to go off.. about 2 seconds compared to instant under normal circumstances. Straight 30 Delo has specs that are close to a 20-30. I have no reservations now running it year round. This is the second time I have tried it in winter. The first was a Focus. A 50/50 blend of Delo 30 and Havoline 5w20 is pretty sweet. 14 degrees was the coldest that brew was in.. again zero issues.
