*How long before auto makers/ oil companies develop an algorithm for providing a safe hours of operation number as a basis of defining a safe OCI (note: for those without oil monitors) ? ... When I hit 150 hours on my current Sonata oil fill I will note the mileage to see if the correlation equals a severe duty schedule , normal duty schedule (doubtful in my case) OR the growing trend to "split the difference" with say a 5,000 miles OCI .
