Rolling up on 5K on the PB and time for its first oil change. I have three jugs of Kirkland full synthetic 5W-30 from my Maverick left over. I plan on using it on the next three oil changes. And grab a bottle of 5W-30 synthetic Motorcraft from work with a Fram ultra filter cause the truck takes 6Q. You say 5K is a good interval for Kirkland or go shorter/longer?

5K OCI is good for just about any vehicle on the road today. For some it's not quite soon enough, others probably too early. But no one is going to grenade their engine.

my OLM comes on around 5000 miles. I just change the oil and filter then. I suspect with the full synthetic that I run (whether it be the warren kirkland, The warren Supertech Or the mobil 1, Im 3000 miles under what i could do. Its not real dirty. Go by then. The ford blend is a 5000 mile oil.

Keep in mind up to a third of those miles could be electric / engine off.

Have you looked into special tools to make filter removal easier? There's a guy on YouTube who claims to have figured out the best combination of socket extensions / u-joints.

Nice ride! The Windows that are a dark tint look great. I had mine tinted dark myself years ago... I found it reduced my visability too much. Back years ago ift he car did not have airconditioning the windows were not tinted at all!! The view was real good though at night!! Peace

Congratulations on the beautiful truck.
I wouldn't put any type of Fram filter on it though. Mobil1 EP or a Puralator BOSS is .ore acceptable to me

35 ceramic on the windshield and 20% ceramic all the way around. Have to get a good quality film for the windshield for it not to affect much of anything. I honestly think it’s still too bright.
