2025 Mustang Pricing

New Mustang sales are way down and they have gotten very expensive.

BMW prices for a Mustang GT.

Dark Horse crazy expensive prices.

I'd like to see FWD.
In a mustang? I've driven a couple of high horsepower front wheel drive cars and I didn't care for the way they launched. Might have been because I wasn't use to it though. I did once see one on a 4x4 frame and it looked pretty good.

I've had a Whipple in my shopping cart for a while now, that'd boost it to 800, I just can't bring myself to part with the money.

Not to hijack the Forum on this mustang discussion but I was looking at the price of the new Honda Prelude and it's in the mid-40s. For that kind of money the Mustang seems like the better deal.

That seems very high priced for a Mustang without a huge engine. I am not sure the sales numbers will be real good unless they discount the prices or sell a lot of lease vehicles.

Let's take it to the extreme! 10 cylinder engine, diesel powered, manual transmission 6-speed, turbocharged with a back seat only big enough to put 2-30 packs of beer in along with diapers and a bouquet of flowers.

It looks like there are plenty of new 2025 Mustangs for sale and a 4 cyl Ecoboost can be had for around $30K.
I didn't even know that such a thing existed.
A real Mustang, you know, with the V-8 would run around $40K.
So, for Accord/Camry money one could have a Mustang with about the same price range as between low end and high end examples of those cars.

I bought my 2014 Mustang GT base model in 2013 and the sticker price for it was $28,000. The only option it has is the automatic transmission. It's a very fun car that sounds great. I installed single tip GT 500 mufflers on it and the over the axle pipes off of a 2013 GT500 that doesn't have the resonators built in.

I'm not sure if I would spend the money on a new Mustang GT though.
