Rode in a 2025 (maybe 2026?) and it had a pretty bad shudder around 25-35 mph and then at 55. Felt a lot like TC shudder but this gen has an eCVT. Didn't expect that on such a new car but I suppose anything is possible.
The transition might not be 100% seamless and some people are more sensitive than others. You might be feeling the transition from the input damper clutch disc if it has one. I don't know if Toyota still uses one or not but the transition between gas electric and both wasn't 100% seamless in the Corolla Hybrid I once had but it never bothered me.

Very true--when our Camry hybrid starts the engine, there is no mistaking it. There is a shudder as it comes alive. Not as smooth as one would hope--but I guess that's how they convince people to move up in trim levels (and models).
