2024 Colorado ZR2 first impressions

Anyways, to answer the question, I was about $1200 under sticker and I got a complimentary roll up tonneau cover. Chevy had 4.2% for 60mo. which isn't completely awful for 2024.

Really nice truck! With 6,000lbs of towing its just out of reach of my towing needs. Maybe the standard truck would do but I'll likely land in 1500 area.

That comment 🙄....truck bashing in 3...2...1.
It's like when someone asks the "gas mileage " of one of my duallies. I just laugh.
Sticker is what it is...a dollar amount.
Answers will just start the bashing....don't feed it.
We have horse whips, we have whip(ped) cream. I saw "1whip" on a junked out bassing 1980's BMW.
Please tell me you didn't just call his truck a turd, it's not.

I needed a ball park. I was curious as maybe I will be shopping in couple years. And I thank the OP. It's a very nice truck. NOT sure exactly what you are implying.

Also, I personally love the styling of these. In terms of looks, I think they've accomplished what Toyota has always strived for in the Tacoma, but Toyota always misses the mark.

Now, as for reliability, it already seems the Colorado may struggle, but those are mostly software issues I hope they resolve.

These look like the modern day ZR2 S10s from the late 90s/early 2000s, which I always liked at the time.

I think it's the best looking mid size and it's not even close. But...if the software starts dinging me with issues, it'll get ugly really quickly lol...

Sorry Pablo,
I thought if he said X, then it was going to come out that was to much, he was not smart for buying it buy a cheap Subaru instead, trucks are dumb comments that usually follow. It wasn't directed towards you, it was seen at the potential responses from everyone else. Again, I apologize. I know you would not have dogpiled on the msrp comment but many members here are
I'd sent him a PM. It'd be way more civil.

All good, and Pablo is all good, I gave him the info in a PM, even though I probably didn't need to since anyone can get sticker prices on cars.com lol.

Yea, I know, I just hate to see this turn into a price bash fest and rain on your party, that's all.
If you listed the msrp, the next comment would be....Jeeze dude you could have bought 3 slightly used Honda civics for that, saved the planet and your kid's inherentance...
When talking truck prices, best to leave numbers out unless you PM someone.
...unless it's a Honda, Toyota or German car...then it is OK to talk numbers...
