Probably was since it's mid engine. The stereo was still playing tunes after the crash.

Pretty sure it was Lotus.
Yamaha did the heads on the SHO.

Man the dealerships are gonna upcharge those gorgeous Vettes outta this world.

Looks awesome. As for the naturally aspirated 670 HP 5.5 liter - just incredible.

I watched the new episode of Jay Leno's Garage featuring that car last night. I find it even more hideous than the regular C8.
And I have to comment on one thing: I understand the advantages of carbon fiber. But when it is used as a styling cue, as in applique's of it in the interior, as mirror caps, on body parts, etc. where it has absolutely no effect regarding strength or weight savings, it looks ricer and boy racer and is a regrettable feature in my opinion.

That said, the new Corvette does offer impressive performance. Too bad it is so overstyled that it looks like a transformer toy with a bunch of paste on fake carbon fiber from Pep Boys.
