It wouldn't be the first time. I like it, but not enough to buy one haha. I hope GM did their homework on the flat plane and don't have the vibration issues that Ford had with the 5.2L.

You can do that with expensive parts, but this is a dohc deal.

Idk. I get they are shooting to be more like the exotics, and the flat plane crank v8 is cool and all, but it will never sound as cool as a header/cammed LS7.

JMHO of course.

Also, what would be ironic is if Ford used an aluminum Godzilla in the next GT500 . Pushrod and 2V

Im a C6Z guy myself. I know the newer ones are faster and handle better but there is just something about the LS7 and how they look.

I liked mine, but ultimately the interior killed it. Its only fun when you're breaking the law, otherwise its a $75k Cobalt, lol!
