Sent another Automatic transmission fluid sample in for my 2018 F150 10R80 transmission.
Wear metals are still lower than the first sample I originally sampled

They have flagged aluminum at Upper Reportable, 29 PPM.
Not sure if anything to really worry about.

Not much heavy pulling, mostly highway miles.

Not sure what wear metals are like for other transmissions, or when it gets to be too high

About 124000 miles.
63180 km, or about 39000 miles since I done a partial oil change.

Looks like

Have you done any fluid changes in the unit or are you just sampling and rolling with it?
Looks like they've changed it twice at least.
OP: Transmission should give you good service and you're doing what you can to monitor. Thanks for sharing.

Newest samples are at the top.
Initially I pulled a 1st sample at about 98000 kilometers... Roughly close to 60,000 miles.
Then continued to drive it with that same oil a little over a year.
Pulled a 2nd sample at around 137,000 kilometers, dropped the pan, replaced filter and topped with new oil warmed it up to operating temp, and sucked about 4 liters out of the pan, & topped again with fresh oil, got it up to operating temp and pulled a 3rd sample immediately after the oil was replaced, trying to determine how much of the original oil remained in system.

waited about 2 years, driving about 63,000 kilometers, or about 39,000 miles to send the 4th sample, back in June 2024, just to see how the oil was holding out. Never pulled or added any since the service I performed in July 2022
