Background Info:
- Oil was in use for 1 year.
- There was a midpoint filter change and 3/4 qt of oil was added at that time.
- This was the second run of HPL PCEO 5W30
- This engine was resealed at 130K (timing cover, cam towers, etc.) so there is still some Si residue

Perhaps the iron, nickel, & silicon will go down next sample. You already know that the silicon should. Do you ask for them to test GC method for fuel dilution (I see this is not GC)? Viscosity seemed to do better on this oil & engine.
 
@The Critic — why the mid cycle filter change and why wasn’t fuel dilution measured properly the first time? 🤨
Older vehicle -- didn't want to have any surprises in case the oil dislodged significant amounts of carbon.

Apparently Polaris will not measure fuel dilution by GC unless the viscosity drop warrants it. Otherwise you will need to make a special request.
