2007 Toyota Camry 4 cylinder. The car has 3000 miles on it and I am ready to change the oil. Owners manual says 0-20 wt. Thinking of using Mobil 1 0w20.

Nothin' wrong with the mow-bile 1. Motorcraft 5w-20 is also another option for you. Kind of handy if you already have a newer Ford in your fleet.

Manual says 5w-20 or 0w-20 is acceptable. Use 5w-20 conventional.
Also, did you get your vehicle's ECU updated? If you haven't, you should do so as it will eliminate the hesitation during acceleration.

Mobil 1 0w20 will do great especialy if you want to use a synthetic and go the maximum that warranty will allowin term's of months or miles between oil changes.... If not I would go with either Havoline 5W20 or MotorCraft 5W20....They do a great job cost less and will easily protect that engine! If you are not going at least 6 months or longer on the oil change the synthetic really is not only not needed but is kind of a waste unless you are the type that put's 10,000 mileson his car in 3 months time etc......
Once the car is out of waranty you can use any oil you want in that car with no problem....My Mom's 2007 Camry get's Mobil 1 5W30 mostly since it is on sale inthe 5 quart jug's! My 2003 Camry get's mostly 5W40 with some 0W30,5W30,10W30,15W40 etc... from time to time if on sale etc.....My Mom's 2007 and my 2003 have the same engine....My version though doesnot approve any 20Wt.'s Toyota had tomake some modifications to the engine to make it 20Wt. friendly.

Toyota released several software updates to correct the problem, but only the most recent one that was released in Aug 2007 corrects the problem.

Mobil 1 5w-20 will perform every bit as well as Motorcraft 5w-20. They are very close in performance at warranty intervals but the Motorcraft is a whole lot cheaper. We use Motorcraft 5w-20 in our shop truck and it does not live a charmed life around here. It's a Ford Ranger that we got in lieu of a bad debt. We started with Mobil 1 5w-20 but tried Motorcraft. We ran used oil analysis on both oil's and ditched the Mobil 1. We also have broken in engines on the dyno with Motorcraft 5w-20 or 5w30 with good results.
Get the reflash if it has not been done yet. It made a huge difference in the shifting performance of our camry. I changed factory fill at 2500 miles with mobil clean 5000. Changed again at 5000 miles with gtx. Used 5w20 both times. Couldn't tell any difference in either oil as far as performance. I would stick to dino at 5000 mile intervals. I plan on changing to pennzoil platinum once out of warranty. I'm a little scared to stretch my intervals till out of warranty just in case there is an issue.
Make sure the oil filter is pre-filled before it's installed. It's mounted almost purely vertically, to make life easier.

I too second either Mobil 1 OR PP. Get which ever is the least costly. Personally I like M1. I use it now in my 89' Camry 5w30.

i use gtx 5w20 in my 2.4 07 camary i bought in march of 07 it has a whole 5100 miles on it.
