2004 4Runner V-8 Sport Best Oil

In the past I have always taken my 4Runner in to have the oil changed. I'm going to start doing it myself to get some consistency. My 4Runner has 150,000 Miles and It will be pulling a trailer with about 2000Lbs on it as I am starting a lawn service. I live in Kansas City so I have fairly cold winters (Lows in teh single digits is not uncommon) and Hot summers (many days with highs in the 90's to even 100's). If I were going to use Mobil 1 would I be better off with 5W-20 or 5w30 as my oil of choice? Thanks in advance

Use the grade that your manual recommends. You could try Mobil 1 high mileage if it's burning any. The high mileage is a little thicker if I remember correctly and has better cleaning abilities.

5w30. Use the high mileage variety if you're burning or leaking oil.

Im running Pennzoil Ultra 5w30 in mine. Was switched over to synthetic when I bought it, had 124,000 on it.
