I been here this long, never went visit this EU section, I post about oil for my cobra, and most recommend Mobil 1 ESP 5w30. It’s American car and on back of ESP I doesn’t see any ford approve . For my information I came this EU section .

For what I been read. EU oil spec is far more quaility then Oil spec made for NA vehicles.

How do I know if EU oil can use on my NA vehicles.

I own a 2003 Ford Mustang SVT Cobra 4.6l DOHC Whipple supercharger making over 600+whp. My OCI is under 400 miles per year and I do oil change every year . My driving style is normal to having fun on none busy road take to red line from time to time. Or just cruising around town. No track, I don’t want breaking stuff lol .

Most recommend Mobil 1 ESP European 5w30.

This is why it exceeds latest SP specifications along with some of the toughest approvals in the industry

I’d be using synthetic 10w30 personally or a special no VI sae 30 or 5w30 like HPL or Redline. High HP engines can crush the viscosity and shear “normal” oils.

Oil analysis will tell you how the ESP is holding up in that engine.

Guys . This been bother me a long time lol . I feel like going back to Mobil 1 EP HM 5w30 or Mobil 1 HM 5w30 . I don’t know why

Go with what you feel, I hope it works out, what matters is what you feel, but if what you feel does not work, you cannot come back here and do a Monday Morning Quarterback thing. I am just joking, keep an eye on your oil level and your oil temps and you might be fine with Mobil 1 EP or HM 5W-30.

ESP one of the better off the shelf oils in a 5w30 !
I would not lose a wink of sleep using this oil .
