2001 Corolla/Prizm CEL Help

Hey guys, im getting ready to soon sell my 2001 chevy prizm (toyota corolla clone). Since i bought it 2 years ago, the check engine light has been on. Codes are: catalytic converter efficiency, as well as fuel evaporative canister.
I would like to fix these before i sell. Wheres the best place for parts, any suggestions on repairs and cost? I have some knowledge about the catalytic converter, absolutely no clue about the fuel evap canister

For Genuine TOYOTA parts, I have bought from toyotapartszone website.....they have the BEST diagrams and parts identification that I have found on the web.
Another site that I recommend is Rockauto.

As it sits, im looking for 2500, if repaired, i have an offer for 3200. Im hoping that repairing it is going to be cheaper.
Any ideas on this fuel evap canister and how to get to it?

It's above the rear right control arm and muffler. That whole monster is replaced as a unit. If you go dealer route it is cheaper to get it from a Toyota dealer than a Chevy dealer.
