Yep. I always thought that the Donut on back (printed with resource conserving) and Startburst on front indicated (using current specifications) SN and GF-5. A Donut only on back (with no resource conserving print nor Starburst) indicated SN (or SM or whatever API specification) only. G-Oil, certain HM oils, and HDEO lack the ILSAC certification, but are entitled to display the API rating, but are not resource conserving, are not ILSAC rated, and cannot display the Starburst.
